Real Property Agent

$123,392-$149,372 Plus excellent benefits

Central San is seeking a Real Property Agent to perform technical and administrative work for its sewage collection systems, pumping stations, plant facilities, recycled water facilities, and ancillary properties; secure property deeds, easements, and access rights for public use; coordinate assigned activities with those of other Central San departments; and provide guidance and training to other technical staff on assigned projects.

Education and Experience:

Possession of an Associate's degree in real estate appraisal, engineering or a closely related field.

Six (6) years of full-time professional-level experience performing right of way and property rights related duties. Previous experience performing real property functions in a California governmental or public agency is highly desirable.

License:

Possession of a valid California Driver's License. A valid out-of-state driver's license will be accepted during the application process. Must possess a valid California Driver's License within 90 days of appointment.

Possession of International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA) certification as a Senior Right-of-Way Agent is desirable.

A District application and supplemental questionnaire are required and will be accepted on an open until filled basis.
