Central San, a forward-thinking public utility, is seeking an experienced human resources practitioner to fill a newly created Human Resources Supervisor position. The Human Resources Supervisor will supervise the Human Resources workgroup, including three Human Resources Analyst and two Administrative Services Assistant positions. The position will provide leadership and technical oversight to a multi-disciplinary team supervising projects in all areas of Human Resources, including labor relations, benefits administration, payroll, recruitment, and classification and compensation. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with extensive experience in labor relations.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree plus Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources administration or related programs, including at least two (2) years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
