We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our Customer Service Team- a role that offers the opportunity to support public service in a meaningful way.

As the welcoming voice and face of USD, you will:
- Greet visitors and callers with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information and assist with public inquiries
- Carry out a variety of administrative duties
- Handle multiple tasks/visitors/phone calls and prioritize responses
About the Position:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
- Professionally represent the District, greeting visitors and callers with a courteous, patient, and helpful demeanor both in person and over the phone
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities and maintain proper telephone etiquette when interacting with the public
- Successfully manage various administrative responsibilities as assigned
- Utilize basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn additional software and database systems
- Effectively juggle multiple tasks, visitors, and phone calls while prioritizing responses appropriately
- Maintain an excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, using proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling

Minimum Qualifications:
- Have completed the twelfth grade or its equivalent and worked at least one year providing general clerical or office support that included receptionist duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common business software
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
