About the Role
As the Environmental Compliance Supervisor, you will:
Oversee and implement environmental compliance programs to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
Serve as a key liaison with regulatory agencies, businesses, and local government entities.
Lead investigations of unusual wastewater discharges and ensure regulatory enforcement.
Manage the City of Fremont Clean Water Program contract and other environmental initiatives.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to your team.
Prepare reports, present findings, and recommend policy updates to management and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least five years in industrial waste inspection, regulatory compliance, or wastewater management, including one year in a supervisory role.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and regulatory knowledge, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and agencies.
- Passion: A commitment to environmental stewardship and public service.
