Summer Intern - Finance and Administrative Division Analyst (2 positions)

Hourly Rate of Pay: $25.84*

*A 3.1% cost of living adjustment (COLA) is expected effective 7/1/2025

About the Role:

Join our team this summer as a Summer Intern - Finance and Administrative Division Analyst, where you'll play a key role in streamlining operations and enhancing data accuracy. You'll assist with data gathering, organization, and cleanup from multiple sources, collaborate on process workflows, and support administrative tasks—including reporting, program management, and data entry. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain up to three (3) months of hands-on experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment for a community-based organization with the dual mission of providing high quality drinking water and protecting one of the North Bay's most pristine watersheds.

What We're Looking For:

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Google Sheets) and data analysis tools

- Strong organizational and time management skills—ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Prior experience and/or current academic focus in finance, data analysis, statistics, or math

Anticipated Start Date: June 2025

Work Location: 220 Nellen Avenue, Corte Madera.

Duration: This summer assignment is scheduled for three (3) months duration at the Corte Madera location.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years of age and possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, a proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior experience or pursuing an education focused on finance, data analysis, statistics or math.
